A Powerful Movement
for Girls in Sport

At Game On Community, we’re not just running sessions — we’re leading a movement to empower girls through sport and physical activity. We believe that every girl, no matter her background, deserves the opportunity to grow stronger, more confident, and more connected through movement.

Ages 5–11:

Laying the Foundation for a Strong Future

Our sessions for younger girls are about more than just play — they’re about building the foundations of strength, confidence, and self-belief. We focus on the fundamentals of sport – coordination, balance, teamwork – and infuse every activity with encouragement and fun. Girls are introduced to a wide range of sports like netball, basketball, and group fitness, giving them the chance to discover their talents and develop a positive relationship with physical activity from an early age.

Ages 12–16:

A Space to Lead, Grow, and Be Heard

For teenage girls, our movement becomes a platform for empowerment, leadership, and self-expression. At a stage where many girls drop out of sport, we create safe, inclusive spaces where they can continue to thrive. Through tailored activities like badminton, fitness, and health awareness sessions, we build not just stronger bodies — but stronger voices, greater self-worth, and real confidence. Our youth-led approach gives girls ownership of their experiences, helping them become the next generation of leaders both on and off the pitch.
