Inspiring children through sports

GETTING KIDS ACTIVE

Phykidz objective is to provide a positive attitude both physically and mentally towards sport, by keeping children moving and active. We believe in encouraging strong values and developing children’s self-esteem and resilience, by creating a FUN and safe environment for boys and girls aged 5-11.

Multi sports

Our multi sports approach allows children to get involved with team building activities, creating a understanding of different types of sports, enhancing their performances in a wide range of skills and creating resilience, for all levels of ability.

Health Matters

We create a environment where children enjoy learning new skills and introduce ways to stay healthy, looking after both their emotional and mental health through safe and positive relationships. With the help of highly trained coaches we intend to encourage children to make informed choices about healthy eating, fitness, and their emotional wellbeing, thus creating a fun and positive environment.

GETTING KIDS MOVING

Children 5-11 years of age should be physically active but there is a danger that they become inactive due to watching TV, playing on computers, and been driven around in the car instead of walking.  In the UK, child obesity is on the increase as children eat a lot of energy-dense foods and do not exercise enough.

Phyzkidz program is designed to get children active and moving, our aim is to get the nation of children healthier and physically fit with our unique program.
