MEN'S HEALTH
Globally, men die on average six years earlier than women, and for reasons that are largely preventable,. Which means that it doesn’t have to be that way: we can all take action to live healthier, happier and longer lives.
We at Ecxcelr8 have activities that can support Men’s health, through personal Instructors/nutritionist. Whether you require one 2 one advise or enhancing your physical ability we are here to support.
Excelr8 also provide “Talk more Move more” initiatives that support individuals to reconnect and share their life experiences.

WOMEN'S HEALTH
Whether it’s to improve fertility, grow old gracefully, loose some lockdown pounds or just to become more social, the benefits of exercise for women is endless. However just finding an appropriate class or taking the first few steps signing up to the gym, and walking into your fitness class can be confusing and dauting.
We at Excelr8 understand the barriers that some women could face, together with our designated female instructors and coaches, with a little encouragement and guidance could support you making the right choices. If you are looking for one 2 one fitness and nutritional advice, small group fitness workouts, yoga or some sports programs. We have a range to suit all. We have advice and support for individuals that either taking their first fitness steps or returning post-natal.
VOLUNTEERING/EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS
Covid-19 has also affected some parts of the economy more than others. This is likely to create a mismatch between the sectors in which more workers are losing their jobs and the sectors in which businesses are hiring. This could make it harder for people to find jobs, slowing the decline in unemployment. With our key partners Epic CIC that empower individuals with skills and training to help through volunteering and training that can boost their employment chances.
